In many data modeling and specifications we use nouns. These are used in our verbal communication with ease, until we realize the definition and context is unclear. In many cases the Customer is unclear when talking to people from different departments and expertise. Finding proper definitions can be a hard and long proces. There's a simple, elegant and effective method to approach this problem. It is called Fact Oriented Modeling where natural language is used with concrete examples. As soon as a concept is accompanied with language and examples, there's no room for maybe any more. That is what we consider communicating facts.communication without facts
