Summary	0000888: Popup menu for inter constraint has no Edit item
Description	In the diagram a popup menu exist for almost everything. For the inter constraints however, we the very limited set of menu items lacks 'Edit'. This requires mouse navigation to edit an inter constraint instead of a local popup menu.
