Summary	0004901: Merge misses operations on a selected set of OTFTs
Description	The merge wizard allows a multiselect to be flagged with 'overwrite details' for all of them. But the counter operation is missing. Similar to the Update Population. The dropdown menu needs ammending to provide the negative operations as well.
