Summary	0000455: Update check prompt "Download page" button does nothing.
Description	I have installed CaseTalk 8.0.1. When i start CaseTalk, then New Project, it prompts me to update to "CaseTalk Eductional Edition 8.0.3". But when I press the "Download page" button nothing happens.
Steps To Reproduce	Start "Casetalk Educational"
Additional Information	The attached file contains the screen with the seemingly broken "Download page"button.
