Summary0004537: 'Cannot create Fact Type while OTFT is missing'
DescriptionI attached the .ig and .igd for research.

The problem, in attached image sequence:
1. I have two OT's 'Gegevensverwerking' and 'DPIA'
2. I want to create an intermediate Fact Type
3. I get the option to set a New Fact type
4. I set my desired name
5. I press OK and get the error 'Cannot create Fact Type while OTFT is missing: 40'
6. I come back to the diagram screen, and the description of the label of 'Gegevensverwerking' has somehow disappeared.
7. When I click on the label, the description re-appears
8. When I change my diagram layout to display role numbers, it suggests that the disappeared label is role number 40. In the mean time, it has disappeared again.
