Summary	0004504: Add Authoritive Source
Description	For fact types it would be nice to have visual support for it being the Authoritive Source (or not). If not, it is helpful to be able to document which Fact Type is. This should then be available to browse through using the Ontology and Portal to see the cross sections in the information models.
