Description	When some decsriptions are missing, the import of the ELM CBC List and CBC Form fail.

BCP Software 2023-10-09 08:47 administrator ~0004970	CBC Form contains attributes, of they are prefixed with the CBC name itself, it should not duplicate the names when importing. Company - Company Name Should import as Company + Company Name + Name Whereas it imports as Company + Company Company Name + Company Name

BCP Software 2023-10-09 12:45 administrator ~0004971	On the CBC form, left of where the CBC Name appears, is room for an abbreviation. Please absorb it as such if filled in. Also absorb the cell location from where the CBC or Attribute is created. Absorb the metadata (custom attributes for ELM.Owner, ELM.Date, etc.)
