Summary0003878: Manual transformation runs into various issues
Description

Since the background transformation is added, the manual transformation runs into strange warning and error dialogs. And generating an artifact fails to detect the lexicialzed files.

Also: When an IGG is created, saved and the project closed. Reopening the project will present an error concerning repository loading.
