New build will create a index files next to the IG file. E.g.: abc.ig will also save a hidden abc.ig.index file which can be opened more quickly for keyword indexing.

When IG(G) is saved to disk, CaseTalk should immediately store an index with the file, which is quickly accessible without the overhead of the full binary file.
