Description	Dialog sounds play a windows alert sound, this can be annoying when playing music on the same computer. Is it possible to mute during audio play back?

BCP Software 2022-11-13 20:08 administrator ~0004674	Before a message dialog is displayed, the windows default audio device is read to see if audio is playing. If so, the muted dialogs are used. These muted dialogs appear to look the same as the older ones, by circumvent the default windows api for notifications.
