Summary	0003593: Project reopen diagrams (or not)
Description	When large projects with many diagrams get reopened, it takes a very long time to parse all data and files. The user would be helped in startup time, if asked to continue opening all previously activated diagrams. Also the option to save active files, reopen active files could be specified in the environment, but would still not take into account long loading times.
