DescriptionFacts can easily be stated:
"Joe Smith lives in New York."

The above fact can be stated as a question to have the above fact confirmed. The confirmation result is not stored at the tuple level. But it would allow negative population as well.
"Does John Doe live in New York?"

Questions and negative answers are not supported by CaseTalk. Also the following, useable for questionairs are lacking. This allows users to enter forms and answer questions.
"Where does John Doe Live? New York"

For application and form generation, a set of questionnaires as distinct from Fact Expressions would be helpful. This requires an indicator to Fact Expressions to allow users to mark the different type of expressions.
