Summary	0002795: Fetch known namespaces from server
Description	Namespaces have a name, but are only known to CaseTalk once the projects has been opened. A complete list of namespaces may exist in the Server. Fetching those which are not yet in the local Modeler cache could be insightful for namespaces which have not yet been seen by the modeler.
