Summary	0002724: Fact Type Name and Alias conflict
Description	Fact Type names set in the otft dialog are not allowed to conflict with an alias elsewhere. This prevents renaming them, while the model validation already warns for this. Perhaps the OTFT Dialog should not raise an error here.
