DescriptionThe OTFT Filtering takes away from the typing to index an item. And while expecting to type to index an item, the filter box shows up. This ui needs to be more consistent with other applications.

Typing to index an item in the list is restored, and the filtering text box is made visible all the time. The filter clearing can be done by the dropdown menu at the filter button or by clicking the text 'Object/Fact Types'.
