DescriptionThe new Manager functionality still relies on the intermediate XML files as if the Manager was a seperate product. Once the download/upload is working properly and removed from the Manager, we should get rid of the intermediate file requirement when uploading/downloading directly from the Modeler.

XML Files can be turned off in the modeler, and upload/download will skip using temp files.
