| Steps To Reproduce | Create a exp file on a UTF8 platform or with a UTF8 tool. Save the file and add it to CaseTalk and open it there. | ||||

External tools may not write a BOM header in encoded text files. CaseTalk fails to recognize those encodings. The Expression File Editor now supports a conversion method through a context menu. |
