Summary	0002463: OTFT Context Menu misses Edit Population
Description	In various places an OTFT comes with a menu item for Population Editing. This doesn't seem to apply when the context menu for an OTFT in the Repository Panel comes up. For that only a toolbutton or main menu item is available.
