DescriptionSome portable app installations still will not allow saving the configuration file. CaseTalk makes no mention of it. This leads to confusion the next time CaseTalk is started. Please indicate of the config file is not able to be saved.

Make sure the AppData path as mentioned in "Help\About\System Info" refers to a writable path.

The config file handling is also hardened to prevent loss while attempting to write and an error is returned.
