Summary0002434: Custom attribute definition not reloaded
DescriptionCustom attribute definition files may be updated. If an older model used the older definition, it should reload the newer file automatically. Current state of CaseTalk requires the 'selected definition' to be re-selected to reload them.

The custom attribute definitions are now marked with a timestamp to validate if they are matching the local custom attribute definition file. If not they will be marked in the menu as '<Custom>' to indicate they are not in line with the local definition file, and may be in need to reload them.
