Summary	0002423: Replace an IG file does not update the IGX
Description	When the IG is newer than the IGX, CaseTalk does not re-generate the IGX file.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Create a project with an IG, save the file and have the IGX created. 2. Retrieve a copy of a newer IG from a different project and copy the file over the created IG in step 1. 3. CaseTalk does not detect the IG is newer than the IGX and therefor the IGX is not re-generated. Since the Manager uses the IGX files, the check-in will potentially use a wrong file.
