Summary	0002374: Merging OTFT also blocks it for edits
Description	Due to the new namespace governance on all elements, the OTFT dialog remains locked even though no expressions were merged. The originating namespace is copied, and therefor the edit dialog locks, and the otft is marked foreign. There's no way to handle this external reference which should be made local after merge due to user wishes.
