| Description | Even though some expressions are independent expressions from other namespace versions, the merge wizard still blocks them by mentioning substitution version errors. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Have IG-A contain namespace version 10. Merge in IG-B using namespace version 9. Merge OTFT from IG-B into IG-A, even when the OTFT is in no way using any element which is already in IG-A. The OTFT will be blocked with a substitution error due to namespace version mismatches. | ||||
