Description

Windows 10 supports restarting applications after a reboot due to updates. CaseTalk does not seem to support the restart when Windows reboots.

In addition to reloading the last opened project due to CaseTalk preferences, CaseTalk could also register to be restarted when that Windows 10 behaviour occurs:
