Summary0002153: OWL/RDF Expressions in XML Language
DescriptionRDF OWL allows expressions to have a "xml:lang" metadata element to specify the language of the text. The IG already contains a LOCALE specifier which is used for the entire file, but if expressions are in a different language (and CaseTalk allows it), we should be able to specify this.

Add Custom Attribute Definition "XML\Lang" and the value of these attributes will be used to specify the expression language in RDF. Please use the ISO 639-1 Language Codes as options in the definition.
