Activate this feature of any of the parent folders has a ".git directory". In a similar fashion a parent folder may contain a ".svn directory". |

We could also simply have this option activated by setting a user preference. |

If the project folder is included in a svn or git repository, the "README.md" is automatically created when the project is saved. |
