Summary	0001520: Wrong population prevents merging aka diagram split
Description	Having a wrong tuplereference prevents the selected diagram to be used to split the ig into two. This will probably also occur when merging in the ig containing the wrong tuplereference.
Steps To Reproduce	Open Project manager Use context menu on an active diagram Select "New repository from diagram"
