Summary0001445: Portable Shared App, support lock for start
DescriptionIn portable shared app mode, the executables remained locked when a user has started CaseTalk. This prevents application managers to update the fileshare.

Detecting a lock file placed by the application manager should be detected by CaseTalk Software and warn the user to log out of the application.

A template is provided "lock.example.txt". As soon as this file is renamed to "lock.txt" the users wil be presented this file, and CaseTalk will remind the user to close the application for maintenance. Once the application is closed, it'll not start again, until this lock file is removed from the directory.
