Summary0001410: The context menu in the project crashes
DescriptionSometimes an access violation is generated when the context menu is activated in the project manager window, or when a new diagram is added.
Steps To Reproduce1) Open an existing project
2) Open an IG from it
4) Without closing the current project, start a New Project or open a different project
Crash: Right click the IG or Add a new Diagram
