Summary0001380: Multiple dialogs appear when syncing diagrams
DescriptionWhen a diagram is being synchronized with a more recent IG(G) there are multiple dialogs which appear. Also the context in which diagram and why it appears is not always clear. Please update the dialogs and handling of synchronzing to become more clear to users.

The diverse dialogs are merged into one single action. Also the caption shows the diagram being synced, and also the reason why (out of sync for an interval of time).
