Summary	0001379: Force diagram synchronization when saving an IG(G)
Description	Inactive diagrams don't get synchronized with changes in the IG. This may lead to confusion when the diagram is reopened after a period of changes on the IG. To prevent this, an option to force diagrams to stay in sync is desired.
