Summary	0001213: It is unexpectily possible to rename a locked object type from a diagram window.
Description	One cannot manipulated a locked object type. From the repository window a locked object type can not be renamed. However, when a locked object type is select in a diagram, pressing F2 or selecting context menu > Tasks > Rename ... brings up the rename dialog and the object type can be renamed. I would expect it is impossible to rename a locked object type.
