Summary0001191: The expression file should be part of the repository and not of the project.
DescriptionIn the current situation the expression file is part of the project, when there is one repository.
In our opinion the expression file should be part of the repository from which it is generated.

Refer to screenshots, they so a situation with one repository and a situation with three repositories. In the situation with one repository the expression file is under the project instead of the repository.

Using Modeler 8.18(+) we are unable to reproduce this issue.
