Summary0005105: Draw diagram expression at OTL or LL level
Description

The diagram expressions always draw under the OTFT at the OTL level. Allowing the diagram to draw those as OTL, LL, or Dynamic (and allow to overrule at OTFT level) would add great readability. The LL level would also align better with the population.
