Description	The drag and drop does not always behave as such, sometimes the dragging simply does not kick in. No consistent scenario to reproduce.

BCP Software 2024-09-26 14:14 administrator ~0005366	Legacy code conditions made the start of dragging conditional on the presence of certain drop points. This is removed and now when there's content to be dragged, CaseTalk allows it.

BCP Software 2024-09-27 16:57 administrator ~0005371	This happens in very large models; and the potential drop target colors also remained. Performance solved, and colors fixed.

BCP Software 2024-10-31 12:26 administrator ~0005415	Removed workaround code, and reimplemented the native Windows Controls API to make selection-registration work better.
