DescriptionPopulation cannot be stored in various moments. This seems to be some sort of regression.
- when adding a new row in the population editor and not finishing the row but clicking on a previous, locks the ui.
- new expressions do not seem to store the tuples.
- rename of otft (?), may leave the PopulationTuple.PartOfOTFT unchanged. Later renaming the OTFT can block due to an older name still existing.

New expression failed due to other reasons. It does store the tuples.
