Summary	0004587: Show TODO over multiple projects
Description	The bug introduced a new feature request: Show TODO items across projects. The bug kept showing previously loaded TODOs, but it should've been altered to render TODOs of projects. Perhaps even add a preference to pre-load TODOs of projects on disk.
