Summary0004071: Failed to populate the SQL based repository
DescriptionA 'failed to populate' appears when opening a model file which has been touched by a newer version of casetalk.
Steps To Reproduce
  1. use a newer version of casetalk
  2. open a project file
  3. save it, but do not upgrade the file

  4. use an older version of casetalk
  5. open the just saved file
  6. the files appear to be okay, but and error will occur when populating the sql repository

 The column definitions are only loaded when an appropriate stream is detected. However, the columns check themselves as well to be compatible or not. This is somehow overlooked in the definition, causing newer columns still to stream into older files. That leads to older casetalks to use an older definition, yet find newer columns. Hence the error reported.
