Summary	0004017: Copy/Paste OTFT attributes
Description	When editing the model, and removing an OTFT, the property value, annotations and custom attribute values are also lost. A way of keeping them safe would be helpful.

This will render a menu to Copy values Paste values Append values Augment with (an OTFT from a picklist) Augment with ChatGPT Augment with a 'concept' (from or to a related concept)
