Summary	0003884: RDF comment and description not seperated
Description	RDF contains "rdfs:comment" for both "Comment" and "Description". These should be seperated into "rdfs:comment" for Comment, and "local:description" for Description. The latter is similar to how casetalk already handles other annotation definitions.

Marco Wobben 2023-03-10 12:45 administrator ~0004808	Sometimes the RDF does not seperate the annotations and keeps it as "[comment]...[description]..." texts. The related issue 0003874 was suffering from the same code bug, and fixing that one, should also affect this report.
