Summary0002977: Support custom attributes for projects
DescriptionCustom attributes are supported for almost all entities in CaseTalk, but not projects. Since the projects may be checked in for version management in the Manager, adding some context on a project level would be practical.

Custom Attribute configuration added Project as a possible entity. The Project file property dialog then allows entering custom attributes.

For scoping projects in architecture a suggested definition to be added to the C.A.-Definition would be:
[Architecture]
Scope=[Draft, Implementation, Conceptual, Product]

Custom attribute definitions are allowed for PROJECT file nodes. These are editable when editing file properties. If logged in with Teams, they are also persisted into the central database.
