Modeler: 13/LabeltypeSplitWizard

Sometimes label types are modeled only to realize later in the modeling stages, they should've been modeled separately. For instance 'name' might be separated in the model by calling the 'first name', 'surname', 'department name'.

This wizard allows a label type to be split into two.
