Fold the former Book edition into Community (full core authoring, open-only output, optional publish). Keep Educational as a separate verified-academic tier that allows closed output. Enforcement by EULA terms rather than DRM; per-artifact license metadata in RDF/XMI/MIM; MIT license to match FIBO.
