In the population edit form, each grid cell offers a drop-down picklist of previous values. When tabbing from one cell to the next, focus jumped out of the grid to other controls on the form instead of advancing to the next cell.

Request: pressing Tab should move to the next cell and Shift+Tab to the previous cell, wrapping at the end of a row to the next row - so the user can tab through the population grid the way they would in Excel. At the very first/last cell, Tab/Shift+Tab should still be able to move focus out of the grid.
