Summary0005405: Messageboard module (ctmsg) for collaborative messaging
Description

Add a collaborative messageboard module to the CaseTalk repository database. This enables users to post messages, comment on topics, tag posts, follow discussions, rank contributions, and link messages to model elements (OFTs, projects, diagrams).

Key capabilities:

  • Post and comment on topics with classification (question, answer, fact, reply, log)
  • Tag posts for categorization and search
  • Follow discussions with notification timestamps
  • Link messages to CaseTalk model elements (OTFT, Project, IG, etc.)
  • Rank messages with star ratings
  • Organize posts in folders with priority and status tracking
  • Attach files to posts
  • Private messaging support
