DescriptionThe Project Manager panel can be hidden by dragging the splitter. Once hidden, it seems impossible to get it back in view. Unless I close the app or close the project.

For now the minimal width is set to 50 pixels, making sure it doesn't dissappear. Until solved completely, this is the temporal fix.

Fixed by:
- dragging the splitter
- double clicking the splitter
- click the menu 'View\Project Manager'
